"Now we are going to kind of tie this in with stuff that is coming a little bit higher on the body. So, he is now going to be putting his feet all the way together and his is going to bend is knees, putting his hands on his knees. He is going to start working his knees around in a circle. Go ahead and begin. And in doing this and varying the depth that he bends his knees down, he is going to start warming the quads up a little bit as well; kind of warming up the new joints a little bit. You can see he is really bending down at the ankles here. So it is really going to be warming up the ankles and stretching out the alkalis little bit. Switch direction. And again, depending on your level of stiffness or you tend to have some stiffness in the calf that day or in the ankle, you can repeat this exercise a few times. There are some mornings when it is cold that I have to go back and forth a few times to get myself to loosen up. Switch one more time. And up."
