"Hi this is Willie D. of the Aggro Alliance Trick Team on behalf of Expert Village. Now that we're pretty comfortable with the forty five degree angle fish tail and the ninety degree angle fish tail, it's time to put this all together and swing the back end a full one eighty. This is going to be kind of scary in the beginning so I do urge you not to go too fast when approaching the full one eighty swing of the back tire. You can approach it a little faster than a slow pace but definitely not a fast/moderate pace; just kind of a little faster than your normal slow pace. I'll demonstrate it. I'll demonstrate as if I'm learning it so you'll learn how to put your feet on the ground if you want to take them off. Maybe the first couple times that's going to be your reaction. Follow me. That's the best way to put your foot down the first couple of tries with the one eighty. You want to make sure that when you swing your back end, your reaction is to kind of break yourself and if you have to take your feet off the bike the first couple of times, which you probably will, that's the way to do it. I'll demonstrate again. After getting comfortable with the one eighty swing, it's time to put the previous segment together which was learning how to ride backwards, you remember this. Now you've learned pretty much all the features of the one eighty roll back. This is the time we're going to put it all together now. I'll demonstrate that as well. I will do a full one eighty roll back."
