"Hi this is Willie D. of the Aggro Alliance Trick Team on behalf of Expert Village. Now on to the bike. Before doing any kind of stunt or attempting any kind of stunt you want to make sure that the bike is in proper working order. So we're going to do a five point bike safety check starting with the seat. What I do to check my seat is I get behind the bike, I pinch the tire with my knees to make sure the bike is stable, I grab the seat at one end and I grab the seat with my other hand at the other end. And I pull sideways, left and right, see if it can move, if it's firm I then pull the seat backwards and forwards in a rocking motion to make sure it doesn't move. Now once I know that my seat is on tightly, I move to other parts of the bike, like the handle bars. You want to make sure that your handles part won't fly off on you when attempting any stunt. The way to do this is you put any foot you feel comfortable with on the stem. Firmly keeping the plate right on your foot so you got a firm grip with you foot. Put both hands on the grip, push forward on the handle bars and push backwards on the handle bars like this to make sure that your handle bars are securely and firmly on the bike and they're not going anywhere. For the stem, all I do to check that is I get in front of the bike, like this. Pinching the front tire with my knee and now what you want to do is try to turn the handle bars while keeping the front wheel in this position. Without moving it at all, try turning the handle bars left or right. Which if is on tightly you're not going to be able to do, you're not going to be able to move the stem. Now once you see that the stem is firm and it's not moving, then your stem and your handle bars are in great working order and you're ready to do the stunt. As far as your stem and handle bar and your seat are concerned."
