"Hi, this is Willie D. of Aggro Alliance Trick Team on behalf of Expert Village. Now, were going to go over a little safety equipment for your body and exactly what you should be wearing. The most important thing of all above any safety equipment that you could have is a helmet. All you should know this by now. The helmet is the most important piece of safety equipment that you could wear on your body. Any helmet made of a durable plastic that is approved by the bicycle riding association is very light it has strong styrofoam inside and also this particular model of helmet has smooth removal padding. You always want to make sure you have in addition to the protective styrofoam, you want to make sure you have the padding inside the helmet. If something goes wrong you're going to be glad you did. This helmet is pretty light weight. It only goes on the top of the head and it also contorts to the back. In the event you fall backwards quickly and don't have time to brace yourself. Now, I don't choose a full face helmet because of the tricks I do. The proper way to put the helmet on is to make sure when you place it on your head that it's flat on top of your head with no play from the helmet and the base of your head. Also, you can put two fingers from your eyebrows to the edge of the helmet. This way you know the helmet is in the right position and not interrupting your vision at all. You obviously lock the helmet with its strap and you can make the tension on the helmet strap as much as you like. I leave a little play in mine just so I can have a little more room to move my head without the strap constricting my throat. As you can see from the profile, the helmet covers the most important part of the head from the front, protecting the sides, all the way to the back. So make sure that your helmet is lightweight and that it has the same form that this one has protecting the top of the front, the sides and the back of the head in the event you fall back. There you have it."
