"Hi, this is Willie D of Aggro Alliance Trick Team on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to learn a 180 roll back. But before we get into the trick itself there's something important that we should all know and that's safety. Safety for yourself as well as safety for your bike when I say safety for yourself I'm talking about exactly appropriate safety gear; one should wear when attempting a stunt such as a 180 roll back. And safety for the bike as far as going over the bike making sure everything is tight nothing is loose making sure that the brakes and everything is working properly before attempting a stunt like this. Now a 180 roll back consist on many small segments and it's probably best to learn each segment individually before putting the 180 roll back all together. So we're going to over the 180 roll back piece by piece and see how we put it all together. But first I'm going to demonstrate how the 180 roll back looks from start to finish."
