This is a reminder that any of the drills you see today, make sure you have a professional to help you with it. Don't try to do them on your own. Please do not do these at home without supervision. We are going to do this drill one more time and what we are going to do here is try to get more height in our jumps. Again, up on those power pads of those feet exploding up. Your arms wave through the pocket. Way up, draw the knees up. Drive your knees up. Good. Drive yuour knees up. Good job. "
