"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder any of the drills you see done today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills. Don't do them on your own. Please don't do them at home without supervision. Okay the first drill we will do on the mini hurdle is we will put one foot on each one and again, you want to work on your high knee. You want to work on standing on the ball of your foot. That's where your power comes from when you drive through and you want to work on your arm motion. Again, shoulders over your knees. Arm motion. Good. Again, just like we did on the ladder now we will do the hurdles; two feet in each hurdle. "
