"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder that any of the drills that you have seen done here today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills and don't try to do them on your own. Please do not do these at home without supervision. The last drill we will do today on the ladder is a side shuffle. Again, working on great foot speed and great balance arms to L. Go. Great feet, stay on the balls of your feet and then we are going to switch drills. As you can see we have the mini hurdle. These are 6 inch mini hurdles. As you can see over here, these are 12 inch mini hurdles. Now the same drill that you did on the ladder, you can do on the mini hurdle. Okay the difference is the 6 inch hurdles are a little bit higher so it requires you to get more knee lift. Okay get your knees up more. "
