"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder that any of the drills you see done here today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills. Don't try to do them on your own. Please do not try to do these at home without supervision. All right a more advanced move is a icky shuffle backwards. You do the same motion but you go backwards. Again keeping your shoulders over your knees, keeping great balance, keeping your arms at L. Again, consistency is the key here, maximizing your foot speed and your concentration. Good job. "
