"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Skills Training here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder that any of these drills you see done here today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills. Don't try to do them on your own. Please do not do these at home without supervision. The next drill we are going to do is called icky shuffle. With this drill, you want to stand parallel to the ladder and as Coach demonstrates, you want to take one foot and put it into the ladder and put the other foot into the ladder you want to kick the other one to the opposite side. And you step up with the foot that is actually left in the ladder and just continue to rotate. Go A.J. "
