"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder that any of the drills you see done today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills. Don't try to do these at own your own. Please do not do these at home without supervision. The next drill we are going to do is hopscotch backwards. In this drill it is okay to look down at the ladder. What you are doing again is working your balance. You want to keep your shoulders over your knees, arms at L, step on your toes. Again the key to this drill is consistency. The more often you do it, the better you become at it; the quicker you become at it. Good job. Stay on your toes. Good.l "
