"I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder that any of the drills you see done here today, make sure that you have a professional to help you with any of these drills. Don't try to do them on your own. Please do not try to do these at home without supervision. Next drill four feet in each one. A little more difficult, slightly more difficult. But again, working on foot speed, working on quickness. Four feet in each one. Again, arms through the pocket. This also works on your hand speed. Soft knees, soft knees, quick feet, arms through the pocket. As you can see, the ladder drills in order to get better with your drills, you have to have consistency. You can do them like at least 4 times a week to get better at it in order to develop for speed, quickness, balance, body control, change direction. "
