"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy here with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder any of these drills you seen done today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills. Don't try to do these on your own. Please do not do these at home without supervision. Alright the next exercise we are doing is skipping for height. What we are going to do here is again work on balance as well as explosion and working on strengthening the hamstring. What we are doing here is over exaggerating our arm swing through. As you can see through our demonstration here, over exaggerate the arm swing, pop up on the toe and you want to skip for height. Swing it through, swing it through all the way up on your toe. Our next exercise again we are going to work on your hamstring, your calves and we are going to work on your explosion. We are going to do two feet explosions putting both feet parallel, pull the arms through, squat and explode. Pull the knees up to the chest, working on balance you want to land on two feet, keeping your shoulder slightly over your knees and trying to maintain your balance. Explode up, swing your arms through. "
