"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson here for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder that any of the drills you see done today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills. Don't try to do them on your own. Please do not try to do these at home without supervision. Our next exercise we are going to do a side shuffle. First thing I want to say about a side shuffle is you want to make sure your shoulders are over your knees and you are in good position. Nice easy shuffle. Switch it halfway and go the opposite way. Let's go guys. Get down, stay down. Next exercise again, working on your balance, working on your side movement going sideways. Going left and going right. You want to work both sides at all times; it's karaoke. Make sure again, your balance, shoulders over knees, switching feet forward to back."
