"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder; any of the drills you see done today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills and don't try to do these on your own. Please do not try to do these at home without supervision. What Coach Curtis is going to do is demonstrate now with our young athletes we have here, Ollie and A.J., are knee to chest hugs. With knee to chest hugs you actually are loosening the glutes as well as the hamstrings and also working on your balance. You want to pull all the way up to your toe. Again, keeping those shoulders upright, keeping your balance. Great exercise for loosening the glutes as well as the hamstrings. You want to inhale as you pull that knee up. "
