Video Transcript

"This is Yun Yang Wang from Wang’s Martial Art and on behalf of the Expert Village and this is Ms. Esmeralda Sanchez, one of our black belts we are demonstrating one of the kung fu stance called the single leg stance. Notice this stance is standing on one leg and using another leg to protect the groin area and the arm on the side protects side part of the body and another hand protects the front part. Notice the knee is up and the meantime, this hand protects the head. Of course, single leg stance is a way to build up the leg strength with all the body weight on one leg. And this is another front view, with the arm protecting the side part of the body when the opponent is in this position. Thank you. "
