Video Transcript

"This is Yun Yang Wang from Wang’s Martial Art and on behalf of the Expert Village and this is Ms. Esmeralda Sanchez, one of our black belts and in this clip we’re going to demonstrate one of the kung fu stances called the Pu Tui stance. And notice this stance is real low and one leg is straight and the hand protects the side part of the body and another hand protect the head area. And notice the low position of the knee, that’s a great way to build up the leg strength. And this is a front view of the Pu Tui stance. And notice when the opponent is attacking, the main part of the body is setting back away from the point of attack. And this is another position to avoid the attacking from the side when the opponent is attacking. Thank you. "
