"This is Yun Yang Wang from Wang’s Martial Art and on behalf of the Expert Village and this clip we’re going to demonstrate one of the kung fu stance called the mountain climbing stance. And this is Ms. Esmeralda Sanchez, one of our black belts. And on this stance, notice the front foot is sideways, knees bended and the elbow on one side is on the side of body and hands with uppercut. And the purpose of this stance, mainly using the top part of the leg to protect the groin area, so that’s the most important part for protection. And notice the back leg is straight and the body from the waist above is vertical from the ground. And this is one of the very strong stance incorporated in the martial art trainings and for different movements and techniques and positions. Thank you. "
