"This is Yun Yang Wang from Wang’s Martial Art and on behalf of the Expert Village and this is Ms. Esmeralda Sanchez, one of our black belts and we’re demonstrating one of the kung fu routine form called Duan Chuan, short attack fist form. And the starting position would be hands by the side, then starting with a block and a punch. The next notices, in one of the kung fu stance called the Pu Tui Stance, with arm protecting front part of the body. The next will be the willow palm strike using the edge part of the hand to do the striking and this is in the mountain climbing stance, upper part of the leg protecting the groin area. And front kick, then this will be the blocking motion and set into horse riding stance and the back part of arch will be a little bit arched. Next will be stabbing punch into the mountain climbing stance and the punching arm is in a straight line and the shoulder will be square. Then grab, stepping punch and this is in the mountain climbing stance also, and punching arm is straight with the shoulder and the square body. And this is what we call the skipping step in single leg stance and the punching hand in the front part of the body, hands by the side and the knees right in the front. And this is punching into the mountain climbing stance again and the shoulder will be square and the body will be facing to the opponent and ending. "
