Bring this hand around, Pak Sao, Bil Jee Sao, Jut Sao, punch low. Again. Slow motion, Pak Sao, Pak Sao, Pak Sao, simulating an attack. Pak Sao his arm, jab the eye or throat jet back into a punch through the ribs. Pak Sao another punch, jab the eye or throat, jet back to a punch to the ribs. We're going to start off with the beginning of the wooden dummy form. We start out from Wu Sao; we grab the neck, pull and shift into the Chum Kiu stance. Go into Bong Sao, I circle step around the dummy and shift into a Tan Sao and a palm strike. Then I circle step out, shifting into a Gaan Sao, then I step forward, shift into a low Bong Sao, high Tan Sao, circle step and repeat the same thing on the other side. Again, Wu Sao, grab, pull, shift into Chum Kiu Ma. Bong Sao, circle step right leg, Tan Sao, palm strike the ribs, circle step, Gaan Sao or Kwan Sao, small step, Bong Tong, I'm stepping the Chum Kiu stance, circle step, Tan Sao palm strike. What's important is you shift your body weight into the hip. So again Wu Sao, grab, shift, Bong Sao, Tan Sao, palm strike, shift, Kwan Sao, Bong Tan, Tan Sao palm strike, Kwan Sao.
