"We're going to go through some defense against knife attacks. So first we're going to start out with a jab. Someone's jabbing at you, you perry, like a gaan sau move, grab your hand over, twist the wrist, make sure you lock the wrist up, twist it back, bring the knee up to the elbow, and then come into the back of the leg in a kick. All right, again, slow speed, perry, grabs the wrist, twist it, and kick. All right. Normal speed. Again. All right. Now I'm going to go through the attack, known as a "Psycho" style. Someone comes down. All right. So they're coming down, you're using your bong sau and your wu sau together, moving out of the way, grabbing, pulling the arm. Again, going for the elbow and the knee, you're behind the leg, you want to try and get rid of the knife as soon as possible. Right. The knee to the elbow always works right away. Next we have the type of attack where the person is slinging and you bring the arm into wu sau, and you can trap the arm the same way and come into attack. You wu sau, lock the arm, and then break the arm the same way. So I'm slinging across here, come into wu sau, and break. Again. All right. Some basic defense against knife attacks."
