"The next drill in the chum kiu sticky hand drill is the bong lop drill which is the most common drill wing chun. You see all the time. It's a very popular drill. When the person punching and they shift, I shift into bong sau, back hand is back up in wu sau. I grab their hand and punch. With my punching hand, I grab here and I punch and I reverse the motion. As I'm in bong sau, I pull down the hand and I go into a punch. My punching hand grabs their hand, pulls them. They go into bong and they repeat the same motion. So, it's going from side to side. Now, they can pull you too. So, you don't have to be the only one. They can pull you and you shift into the stance. Back arm is always up as I shift. So, now we're going to start out from the beginning of the drills put them together up to there. So,we start out from wu sau come around chum sau punch. From the punch, I go into tan, from the tan sau from the punch, I go right into bong lop. Now, I grab the hand, shift. Now, they grab my hand here and the shift. Those are the beginning movements of the Chum Kiu drills, the first three drills."
