"We're going to show you how to use the chum kiu ma, or second form stance to avoid an attack. So remember we're starting out on a forward stance, and we're going to show you how to shift into the chum kiu ma. So now we're both in a forward stance, it doesn't matter if they're in a forward stance or not, but they're punching with their arm here. The back arm I shift into bong sau, I use my lead leg. So now I'm shifting out of the way of the punch, into bong sau. The punch is heading for my nose. I'm shifting out of the way using the lead leg. And then I can attack at the same time. Here I'm attacking with a fak sau and a back kick that we went over before. Shift, bong sau, fak sau, back kick. Okay. Now we're going to shift with the back leg. Now she's punching with a lead arm. I'm stepping with a back leg and shifting, using the lead hand to deflect and shift. Now I can also use the front leg to kick. Lead hand, deflect, shift, hit, kick with the front leg. Try and separate the moves, go one, two, so you have more power. You can try and do them together but it's not going to be as powerful. You might lose balance. One, two. Different deflections using the lead leg and the back from Chum Kiu Ma second form stance."
