"Hi, this is Toni from the Expert Village. I’m going to be teaching Tai Chi Chuan, the very beginning movements from the yang style form. We’re going to ward off the left again. Do punches, ward off, the next move is ward off right, pull, ward off. Again, punch, ward off, ward off right, sit into the ground and push with your back foot, some kind of a push. Let’s do it from this side, punches, ward off, keeping control of this hand and energy going out, step inside this foot, you’re sinking to the ground, push with your back foot."
