"Hi, this is Toni from the Expert Village. I’m going to be teaching Tai Chi Chuan, the very beginning movements from the yang style form. The last movement of this lesson is the push. We have done the beginning movement, the pull, the ward off, ward off, roll back and press. Then you’re going to do push, so continue your hands go forward a little bit but open right here, soften this muscle, then this muscle, then the elbows, then the hands. So you’re here, so I’m going to open up the chest, the shoulders, the elbows and the hands follow. Now I’m going to gather everything in, keep your spirit up, don’t let that get down, gather in, go halfway, sit into both legs, push with your back foot. Watch again, you are here, roll back, circle your left hand around they both turn together, press, straighten your back as your back foot comes into the ground, open your chest, open your shoulders, go back, let your elbows come down, gather the energy pushing in, go forward, sit, back foot, raises the back."
