"Hi, this is Toni from the Expert Village. I’m going to be teaching Tai Chi Chuan, the very beginning movements from the yang style form. After roll back is press, so we did this, when you step on that move make sure you step slightly ahead not behind. Ward off, pick up your foot, step 4 inches away from your other heel and straight with your heel, push the accelerator down, shift weight, turn your shoulders, turn your hands, feel like you’re holding something here. Pull, turn your shoulders, don’t get your arms in, don’t move your body and then your arms, press, go forward. Right at the halfway part you’re going to sink and touch back foot finishes, you’re here, roll back, energy here they turn together, push, roll back, sit."
