"Hi, this is Toni from the Expert Village. I’m going to be teaching Tai Chi Chuan, the very beginning movements from the yang style form. The next move is going to be rolled back. Again, from the sequence, pull, pull, strike, gather and sink, step, there’s your ward off, roll back, turn till you’re over your leg, turn your hands you have you split energy here like you’re pulling something. Go back with your back, then your shoulder, then this energy, this is heavy energy, that’s roll back. You come from it here, sit, push off with the back foot, sink, step, sink, turn your shoulders turn your hands at the same time, your arms around, sit. This is roll back."
