"Hi, this is Toni from the Expert Village. I’m going to be teaching Tai Chi Chuan, the very beginning movements from the yang style form. Let’s continue with the applications, beginning movement, pull, step, pull, ward off and the next ward off. Right hand and right foot move together, they gather in, sink and press, step out hand and foot together, come forward, sit. This is very round, very round and open, open from the inside, very full from the inside, the energy is here. This is press you could feel your back foot right here, you should be able to feel that, pull, split energy, ward off energy, pull in, step, sit. From this view, we’ve just gone to here, step, split, sink. When you step out you will sink again and your left arm will come back a little bit, see my elbow, that’s this one and forward, sit, back foot."
