"Hi, this is Toni from the Expert Village. I’m going to be teaching Tai Chi Chuan, the very beginning movements from the yang style form. There’s many ward offs in the first section, this is the first section of the yang long form. We have just done this movement, this was the block and pull, this is press gathered like you’re holding a ball, this is split energy. Step with you foot, pull with your right hand, push with the left hand, just done this, sit, bring your bottom back, right foot 90 degrees, close bring everything to center, step with you heel, put your heel down, undo your foot like you’re stepping on an accelerator, go halfway with your legs and sit into both legs.
