Video Transcript

"Hi, this is Toni from the Expert Village. I’m going to be teaching Tai Chi Chuan, the very beginning movements from the yang style form. The yang style is the style that you would see the most of when you go to China in the park. You’ll see most of the people would be doing yang style, although there’s many other styles of Tai Chi. Yang style is suppose to be better for your health than, the best for your health, they are all good for your health but it’s suppose to be the best for your health and the easiest for all people to be able to do. Whether you’re young or if you’re quiet older you can still do yang style, there’s no jumping and it’s all of the Tai Chi forms and styles are good for your health though. But this is the yang style that we would be doing, the most common and these are the first movements, enjoy."
