We are here to demonstrate for you today advanced kyokushin technique. Next series blocks in advanced knocked down fighting are against the hooks. Hooks to the body, ribs, and out side bottom part of the rib cage. So from fighting postion, you have upper hook, outside, outside, outside, outside. Lower hook, down, down. These are very small movements. From fighting position, right hook, left hook, right hook, left hook, low right hook, low left hook, again, and again, high right, high left, low right, low left, again left, again, and again, high right, high left, now left right quick, quick.
