"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Tony Capraro, Sensei of Kyokushin Karate, Without Limits Inc, 1652 Richmond Avenue Staten Island New York. We are here today to present to you basic Kyokushin technique. Last elbow strike concerning self defense is referred to as Hiji-otoshi overhead elbow strike. Right from fighting position, is done from a wind up motion and the point of the elbow is driven forward. Big wind up motion and point forward, wind up motion big circle and forward. You must drop your weight down on your opponent, bending of the knees abruptly. One two three down. One two three down. One two three down. Now it is not the obvious it is not used in this manner where you would have somebody like this, it is used forward and in. Big motion, down. Big motion down. Now Rei."
