"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Tony Capraro, Sensei of Kyokushin Karate, Without Limits Inc, 1652 Richmond Avenue Staten Island New York. We are here today to present to you basic Kyokushin technique. We're going to demonstrate now the basic Kihon Shuto attack or knife-hand attack or sword-hand attack right from right Sanchin Dachi. Mate. Your left hand is out, as if your holding a plate. Your position, guard, guard, follow through to the temple. Guard, guard, follow through to the temple, ok now Rei. Now how that looks in real time, he throws a right hand shot to me, hit, right to the side, side of the head. Again hit. To the side of the head, and again hit, to the side of the head. Now Rei."
