We are here today to present to you basic Kyokushin technique. We're now going to demonstrate the block for the signature low kick in Kyokushin bare-knuckle fighting. If you don't know how to do this, you're not going to really last too long in a contest, so it's very important. Right from fighting position, you must lift this leg out perpendicular to your body like so, you got to make sure that the foot doesn't go rising above the support leg's knee. So on the count of one.
