We are here today to present to you basic Kyokushin technique. We are going to demonstrate now the Uraken, or back fist in Kyokushin Karate. Ok, right from right Sanchin Dachi, Mate. Both fists will be put together at the pinky and shot up at the nose. On the count of one... one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Now Rei. Now in a self defense turn parallel position, it comes up the centerline right over the top. Pure self defense. Facing the opponent, parallel, either hand. Turning sideways. Turning sideways.
