"After you're ready, we're going to come up and open our hands outwards. This posture here, what we'd like to do is you're going to gather Chi from heaven. As the hands reach up towards heaven, you want to inhale. Gather Chi from heaven. Press towards earth. As I come down, exhale. Gather Chi from earth. As I rise, breathe in that Chi. Open. Gather Chi from heaven. Press towards earth. Gather Chi from earth. Breathe in. Exhale. Open. Inhale, gather Chi. Exhale, press. Inhale, gather Chi. Exhale, open. When you're ready to complete the form, simply drop your hands back down into the Wu Chi posture. I'm going to gather Chi from heaven. This time as I exhale, I'm just going to simply drop my hands back down into the Wu Chi posture. And, now stand for a few minutes and simply observe. Don't try to regulate your breathing. Don't try to do anything, but simply be an observer. Breathe naturally and just observe what's happening internally inside of you. Don't try to create energy. Don't try to search for that energy. But, move the body with the breathing and let the energy circulate on a natural basis."
