"TRAVIS WAACK: Okay, we're talking about passing, and what we want to talk about first is our dominant leg. And dominant leg in passing is going to be forward. Your dominant leg in passing is going to be forward. So to figure out your dominant leg, usually, if you're right-handed, it's your left leg and vice-versa; if you're left-handed, it's your right leg. And you might find yours by shooting a lay-up on both sides of the rim and taking off with either foot. You know if you're shooting a layup on the left side, you can go off of either leg, see which one feel better for you, but usually it's the opposite for your dominant leg. So when we're in passing, whether it's a chest pass, a bounce pass, baseball pass, usually our dominant leg is going to be forward. Okay? So your dominant leg forward in passing once you figure out which one of your legs is dominant, keep that one forward in passing."
