"UNIQUE ANDERSON: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here at Energy Fitness in New York City, and we're talking about speed, agility and plyometric step training. Now each exercise, I kinda broke it down to, like, you know, when you should do them and how you should do them. The previous exercises I did before, that's about three exercises that I did before previously, we're want to bring together as a simple circuit. So again, in the beginning, you start out with some regular squats, keep the chest up tight, keeping the core tight, keeping it involved, right? Down and up. Then you go over here, you go into step-ups. Excuse me. All right, so that's [INDISCERNIBLE]. Each step up that you're going to do, you're going to do for about 30 seconds, okay? Then we will go to that opposite leg. We started up with the left leg then we'll go to the right leg. Stepping up, then we'll go for our lateral hop, touch the platform, lateral hop, touch the platform, lateral hop, touch, slide, slide, lateral hop, touch. And that's how you bring three exercises together to make a kicking workout."
