"UNIQUE ANDERSON: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here at Energy Fitness in New York City, and we're talking about speed, agility and plyometric step training. Now, here's another exercise that--actually, it's just a little more creative. So if you want to work with those clients that are, you know, getting better at what they're doing and they want a little bit spice with their workout. This is what you want to do. You want to focus on a lateral hop. Now remember, I do lateral hops before but I didn't show you how you do it on the platform or off the platform. Today, we're going to do it over the platform. If this is too wide for some of your clients, you can get a medicine ball for them to jump over or like a cone. You're going to be here, coming over, squat, down to the platform, right? Squat over the platform--excuse me--you're here, over the platform. Now again, I was landing light. So what you want to focus on is here, hop, hop. So what you're doing is kinda hop up, hop up, hop up. Now, what we're going to do is go right into our regular dip to get the triceps involved, focus on the sweep at the top. And that's how you add a little more creativity to the workouts."
