"UNIQUE ANDERSON: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here at Energy Fitness in New York City, and we're talking about speed, agility and plyometric step training. Hello, [SOUNDS LIKE] Jeanette and Lane. Back again. So what we're going to start out with? We're going to start out with a regular squat. In the beginning in the first clip, I showed you how to do squats to regular step-ups. So what we're going to do is we're going to add the steps up, the squat, and we're going to add a medicine ball in here, too. I want to show you something. So we're going to start out with--because you want to be warming up and step it up, one-two, one-two. You want to do this for about 30 seconds. And in the last 30 seconds, you want to give it all you got, so you're going to do it as fast as you can. Right? Then you're going to stretch your legs, step up. Three, two and one. Great. The next thing we're going to do, instead of doing that regular squat, the stationary squat, we're going to have a medicine ball right by your chest: squat, toss, squat, toss, squat, toss, squat, toss, squat. If you want to get really freaky with it, you could be here: toss, squat, grab hold of the body ball, toss, squat, grab hold of the body ball. And that's how to bring everything that you're doing to make a creative workout."
