"UNIQUE ANDERSON: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here at Energy Fitness in New York City, and we're talking about speed, agility and plyometric step training. Now in the first clip, we did squats; next, we're going to do lateral squats. So what we have to focus on--well, you can say a lateral lunge. You will go to the side here and you're going to focus on driving your body down and behind you; come into the middle, step into the side, drive your body behind you. You could do it from this side, step. If you can't do that lateral lunge, this goes to our lateral squats, where you step into the side, squat down, same deal, squat down, squat down and squat down. We'll go back to those platforms, and what we're going to do here is the scissors step. So basically, I went up and down the first one; this one, we're going to do the scissors. So you're here. Focus on anything you like; keep your chest upright, keep your core tight. You don't want to balance too much. To pick up that speed, you want to do it. And that is your scissors speed drill."
