"Hello, on behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here with X, Los, and Arvy and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about resistance band techniques. Now, for you athletes, be it novice, intermediate, advanced, this is a way to increase your speed in movement with resistance bands. Again, we're doing resistance band training, this is an extra movement to show you what speed is all about. So, the first thing I'm going to have Los heres, he's going to just give me a regular sprint on out. Spring it, GO! And, we're gonna back huddle back. DOING A GREAT JOB!, and back huddle back. One more time, GO! Now, for those of you that don't have a harness or can't afford a harness, whatever the case may be, you can get a towel. You can do it old school way. And I'm here and I'm coming to a sprint, back huddle back. Sprinting, HAH!"
