"Hello, on behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here with X, Los, and Arvy and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking to you about resistance band techniques. OK, right now we have two different ways to do crunches. We have you on a stability ball. Now, what the stability ball is doing is giving you proprioception, what that means is control, unstable environment. So, you can really train your neuromuscular system as opposed to just the muscles. He's focusing on crunching up the top, remember, this resistance band is pulling him through the whole plane of motion so it's extra hard at the top of this crunch. Also, over here, we have Mr. Xavier's four point crunch. That's what I'm Talking about Baby! Your focusing on keeping the crunch at low, keeping the crunch to the knees, crunch to the shins, and crunch to the toes. Crunch to the crunch, the regular crunch, crunch to the knees, crunch to the shin, and crunch to the toes. Now, we're going to do this for a repetition of about 10 reps focusing on the whole time under tension. Abs are always time under tension, it's not about rushing through it, it's about keeping it controlled through the whole plane of motion."
