"Hello, on behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here with X, Los, and Arvy and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about resistance band techniques. Now, just previously we showed you how you can do the jump squat and the regular squat with resistance bands. Now, we're going into a sit squat or what you call a lunge. Now, a lunge is focusing on both legs, he has a resistance bands just like he did in a regular squat and he's focusing on driving that knee and adding a shoulder press with rotation. This actually engages the shoulder girdle using his core and his anterior deltoid, his medial deltoid and focusing on the back leg here. He's getting the quadriceps involved and the hamstrings involved, focusing on keeping his chest up and core tight. Look how his lats just roll over his shoulders as he does his exercises, he's amazing. Ladies and gentlemen this is an amazing partner to work with. And, the next one we have, right?, is your here, right?, you're shoulder width apart, this is called tube working. This is working your glute-medius and your abductors, this is a great rehabilitative exercise. Your here, step, step, step, step, step. "
