"Hello, on behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here with X, Los, and Arvy and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about resistance band techniques. OK, so you know that most of these exercises that we're doing is intermediate and advanced, meaning that it goes up. None of these exercises are really basic, you wouldn't put any of your basic clients on this. But, the first thing I'm gonna start out with is over here on the chest press on the stability ball. What he's giving me is circumduction at the shoulder girdle. What circumduction means the circle of motion focusing on the squeeze at the chest, lifting up, giving it to the front part of the shoulder and squeezing it back. What this is working is his core, his glutes, his upper body and giving it a nice resistance on that resistance band. The next thing that we have over here is "Mr. Dodgeblock" running towards the medicine ball and show you how to do a regular alternating push-up, a regular alternating push-up. Now again, he has that external resistance, again, guys, you can do this on the side of a poll there doesn't have to be a person there, and he's back huddling back, right?, back huddling back. Once he back huddles back he's gonna show you his form of it. GO! Huddle, Pop, Huddle, Pop, Huddle, Pop, POP!, POP!"
