"Hello, and on behalf of Expert Village my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here with X, Los, and Arvy and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about resistance band techniques. Now, while we're still on the back, what we're going to focus on today is the isolat pull down. And, what a lat pull down does is it works your latissimus dorsi, this big muscle that's on the side here. What he's going to focus on is making sure that his core is tight and his legs is engaged, focusing on that squeeze in the lats, making sure his chest is upright the whole time. One thing with this exercise is that it's very easy to cheat, so when you row forward make sure the body is nice and upright, focusing on that form. Over here we have a stability exercise, we're focusing on keeping the core engaged and tight and what he's focusing on is his anterior deltoid and his stabilizing muscle over here, in the shoulder, right over here. Xavier is giving him resistance but again if you were by yourself you could always put this around a poll and get the same exercise going to make sure that you get best exercise that you can. A lot of times people think that when they don't have partners they can't do it, but you can do whatever you want to do by yourself as well. Isolats and resistance band shoulder presses."
