"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique and this is my handsome assistant, Ari and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about speed and agility techniques. Now the next thing I'm going to do is show you a quick circuit on how you can get anybody involved in what you're doing. First thing you're going to start out with is some high knees, you turn around and go to in and outs. From there you go into tuck jumps. One, two, three, four, five, six. From here you, you into ply?s. One, two, three, four, five. From here you go into that renegade. And that's your quick circuit. On behalf of Expert Village, thank you for watching."
