"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique and this is my handsome assistant, Ary and we are here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about speed and agility techniques. Now, basically what we are doing is the speed cross directional, changing positions drill, which is a T drill. What he's doing is going clockwise, which he focuses going ten seconds in this direction. And he's going to switch, ten seconds going to the opposite direction. And what we're going to do for the last 30 is going into a figure eight, which will be across and over. Again, guys, if you don't have resistance bands in your studio or your gym, you could also use towels. Now, the towels are a little thicker, so you might have to jump a little bit higher. But the same deal - focusing on changing directions. Keeping the chest up, tight, focusing on not landing hard. When I say, "Switch directions," I'm here. Same deal, just focusing on jumping up a little higher. Figure eight, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, and we're done!"
