"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Unique and this is my handsome assistant Ari and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about speed and agility techniques. Now the next exercise is to add a little spice to your soul. So basically what we're doing is I'm going to fall into Ari. He's using my weight to push me away and then I'm going to fall into plyo push up. You'll see I'm going to do it extra slow. I'm keeping my core engaged, I'm falling in, he's running into me, I'm twisting around, push up, stepping up and I'm doing it again and this is how it really should look.
