"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Unique and this is my handsome assistant Ari and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about speed and agility techniques. The next exercise that we're doing is quick one, if you can slow it down for them just a little bit to show them that each foot is coming in and out stuttering each step into the square. When you pick up the speed, it's the speed where you want to be at. After that we're going into a crab walk, that's working triceps, shoulders, core and the whole body. That crab walk again one more time sir, at your speed. This is the speed that you have, slow in speed starting out slow and gradually increasing that speed...move it, crab walk. Getting the triceps and shoulders involved, go!"
